• Overrun measurements for distance calculation according to EN ISO 13855 and BGR 597 

• Analysis of switching times of electromechanical switching elements and processing times of electronic / programmable control systems 

• Safety-related optimisation of motion paths (e.g. throttle setting and shock absorption on pneumatic drives)

• Performance data determination of drive systems and mechanics 

• Parameter optimisations (cycle time optimisations) in the overall system 

• ISO-compliant quality control / delivery control 

• Failure analysis and preventive maintenance (bearings / guides / rough running / vibrations / stopping behaviour)
