Professional production requires machines and fixtures which can be used to clamp, grip and transport parts and products. Designing, constructing and implementing such manufacturing facilities and manual fixtures is one of our core competencies.

The requirements for the manufacturing facilities are different for each customer and often very individual. We systematically adapt to your needs. This starts with the design systems and CAD guidelines and naturally includes the standard specifications. For vehicle manufacturers, we go so far as to deploy our own engineering teams for each customer. These teams are familiar with all current customer-specific standards and guidelines and have a great deal of experience from completed customer projects. A perfect foundation for long-term, reliable cooperation.

Our range of design services extends from the digital realisation of the initial idea to the creation of detailed designs and production drawings. In the past, we have successfully completed on schedule even complex engineering assignments involving more than 200,000 hours.

Production equipment design – from concept to series

From individual solutions to turnkey systems for the complete body shell: our expertise, worldwide operations and know-how allow us to execute both simple and complex development projects involving all current CAD systems. Supported CAD systems include CATIA and NX.

Our range of design services extends from the digital realisation of the initial idea to the creation of detailed designs and production drawings. Thanks to simultaneous engineering, we work closely with user departments such as body development, plant layout, production simulation and plant engineering to optimally adjust all interfaces. Our willingness to provide a flexible response to the needs of our customers sets us apart from the crowd.

Mobile measurement data acquisition – from component testing to building measurement

We use our modern measuring techniques to digitise components, systems and complete factories. The precise measurements create the efficient interface between virtual and real objects. We even record contact-free measurements on complex elements and in areas that are difficult to access, regardless of size and material.

In the production process, real measurement data can be compared directly with the specifications from the CAD system. This ensures safe production processes and provides an opportunity to increase product quality.
