Project Leader* Industrial Plant Engineering Smart Factory

Tasks that will support your personal growth:

Management and execution of projects, from the feasibility stage to realization/acceptance by the customer
Possibility of technical management in the project for the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering or higher-level organization
Project handling in line with agreed contract content (costs, timing & quality) and the enforcement of justified claims in the event of amendments to the contract
Technical personnel management, staff development and retention with a view to achieving the agreed project goals
Coordination of and support for in-house technical departments, subcontractors, customers; assembly & installation supervision, commissioning and the corresponding reporting and documentation
Calculation, sales and qualification of employees for the further development of the team

Your skills that will help us to get ahead:

Engineer*/technician* specializing in mechanical or industrial engineering
Relevant professional experience in industry in general and/or the automotive industry (plant engineering, equipment manufacturing and mechanical engineering)
Communication skills and a high degree of initiative, social skills, organizational talent and negotiating skills
Commitment and loyalty, an independent, customer- and goal-oriented approach to work, assertiveness, leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Willingness to work at other branches and/or abroad
Fluent German and a sound command of English (written and spoken)
