Development Engineer Avionics
Tasks that will support your personal growth:
As a system engineer you will take responsibility in the course of the development of avionics systems and devices from the first concept through to the final approval test and delivery to the customer.
Your tasks comprise requirements management tasks, developing system and device concepts, drafting system architectures and planning and carrying out verification.
For this, you will coordinate interdisciplinarily with internal and external stakeholders and are involved in generating specifications, concepts, architectures, plans and the like.
Additionally, you will see to any questions concerning the ability for certification of a product and initiate the necessary analyses and generate the documentation.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
A degree in aerospace engineering, system engineering or electrical engineering/computer science or lateral entrants with evident professional experience
Relevant professional experience in the field of system development and communication systems
Several years' experience in system design for aviation projects, especially V-model, integration and testing
Excellent knowledge in Requirement Based Engineering (RBE), experience with DOORS would be ideal
Very good German and English skills
