EDAG Engineering Group AG: Increase of revenue guidance after strong nine month results

Arbon, 16. October 2018. Based on preliminary figures, EDAG Engineering Group AG (EDAG) has generated revenues of about 588 million Euros in the first nine month of 2018. This corresponds to an increase of revenues of ca. 10.8% compared to 9M 2017. The adjusted EBIT[1] in the first nine month of 2018 levelled at about 37.5 million Euros, the adjusted EBIT-margin was at about 6.4%. Compared to 26.3 million Euros in the previous year, this corresponds to an increase of about 43%.

Against the background of the strong increase in revenues, the EDAG management adjusts the revenue guidance for the full year 2018. It is now expected that revenues will increase by at least 8% (before: 6-8%). The guidance for the adjusted EBIT-margin remains unchanged at approximately 5-7%.

The final numbers for 9M 2018 will be published on November 8th, 2018.
