Preliminary H1 2016 results of EDAG Engineering Group AG: Slight
increase in revenues, decrease in adjusted EBIT, adjustment of 2016
forecast
Arbon, August 11th, 2016. Based on preliminary figures, EDAG Engineering
Group AG has increased revenues at group level from 355 million Euros in
the previous-year period to 362 million Euros in H1 2016. The mainly by
ppa-effects adjusted EBIT was at about 22.5 million Euros and therewith 36%
below the previous-year results of 32.6 million Euros. The unadjusted EBIT
was at 18.7 million Euros compared to 32.6 million Euros in the previous-
year period.
On the basis of the development of H1 and the still challenging market
environment, EDAG adjusts the forecast for the full year to a moderate
increase in revenues in the lower single-digit percentage range and an
adjusted EBIT-margin of 6-8%. The dividend shall remain stable with 0.75
Euros per share.
The final numbers for H1 2016 will be published on August 24th, 2016.
