EDAG Engineering Group AG: Dr. Philippe A. Weber elected interim Chairman of the Board, Extraordinary General Meeting on August 21th


Arbon, July 26, 2018

At its meeting yesterday, the Board of Directors of EDAG Engineering Group AG (EDAG) elected its member, Dr. Philippe A. Weber, as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Weber will hold the position on an interim basis until the Extraordinary General Meeting of EDAG.

At the same meeting, it was decided that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 21st. Mr. Georg Denoke, CEO of ATON GmbH and former CFO of Linde AG, is to be proposed to the General Meeting as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.

The invitation in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce and the German Federal Gazette will be issued shortly.
