An existing manufacturing plant in Emden was to be converted to produce a new model. For this purpose, the existing plant was scanned in to get an overview of the current, actual conditions.
The existing system data was checked and adjusted on the basis of the scan results.
This included:
Verification of the hall interference contours
Distance measurements
Integration of digitised objects in the design / simulation
The integration project was implemented faster and with greater quality due to the improved information.
