Vehicle construction and final assembly
The Vehicle Prepare Center (VPC) stands for our skills in the construction or conversion of individual vehicles such as show cars, and also of small series. Our spectrum ranges from individual concept structures to high-end special editions of your production models. Apart from the regular assembly jobs (including commissioning) that we do in our factories, we also handle requests for project management, storage and logistics: a one-stop-shop! We map your processes and integrate ourselves in your processes, to achieve maximum customer benefit.
Since hardly any requirement is the same in vehicle development, we also offer you:
- Adaptation of body shell,
- Conversion of aggregate bearers for chassis or roof integration,
- Construction of special vehicles for official and special deployment,
- Commissioning, preconditioning and, for instance, straightening work on crash vehicles.
Integration of modern drive concepts
We also accept projects for the integration of modern drive concepts, e.g. electric, fuel cell or hybrid drive systems. Our staff have all been trained to handle high voltages and, having worked on electric mobility development projects, are also experts in their field.

Machining technology - milling
We offer efficient milling and programming technology for effective projects. The 5-sided machining, combined with a 3+2 axis adjustment, simultaneous machining and powerful programming software enables us to produce complex milling components of a component size of up to 8m x 3m in different materials.
With regard to quantity, we see our competencies in component part and small series production.
With its modern machinery and experienced staff, the milling machining technology area provides important resources for the qualitative implementation of high-quality model and concept structures for the mobility industry.
