Dimensional Management
Gap dimensions are a decisive quality feature with customers. EDAG dimensional management sets itself the challenge of 'permitting' large inividual component tolerance while at the same time complying with geometrical target specifications for gap dimensions. The advantage to you is obvious - the high, reproducible geometric quality of your products.

EDAG Zero Prototype Lab
The EDAG Zero Prototype Lab opens up a whole new chapter in automotive technology development: vehicles, their functions and driving dynamics can be comprehensively tested by humans before the physical vehicle is built The elimination of time-consuming and costly tests of physical prototypes not only leads to a shorter time-to-market, but also to a reduction in the CO2 footprint during development.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
The increasing complexity of many vehicles is giving rise to increasing numbers of electric components, the electromagnetic fields of which could influence the way in which other components in the vehicle work. State-of-the-art testing methods will be used in our EMC center, in order to analyze entire vehicles (passenger vehicles, trucks) or individual components and their resilience to other electrical or electromagnetic interference factors.
