The inauguration marks an important milestone for EDAG India and further strengthens the company’s presence in one of the country’s key engineering hubs.
Around 200 colleagues attended the official opening together with Harald Keller. The new office initially provides space for approximately 175 employees and is designed to accommodate more than 330 workstations in the future.
The site will support the continued expansion of EDAG India, particularly in the areas of Vehicle Engineering and Electrics & Electronics. At the same time, EDAG India has reached another significant milestone with more than 500 employees across its locations.
The expansion in Pune reinforces EDAG’s global engineering network and its international delivery capabilities. With its growing presence in India, EDAG is able to support customers worldwide with engineering expertise even more flexibly and efficiently.
The inauguration also included a traditional prayer ceremony and a joint celebration, underlining the importance of this milestone for the local team and the wider EDAG Group.
