What does a quality manager do at EDAG? – your tasks in quality management:
In our quality manager jobs, you will take on many important tasks that meet the high standards of our company and our customers. Among other things, you will analyze workflows and errors, document, audit and optimize processes. One of your primary QM tasks is quality assurance. Develop standards and ensure that these are always adhered to:
Testing and audit processes:
- Carrying out system and process audits
- Creating test instructions and quality concepts
- Planning measurement and testing measures
Process optimization:
- Development of improvement measures
- Operational bottleneck management
- Process analyses and implementation of optimizations
Your job as a quality manager also includes project-related tasks such as
FMEA management:
- Planning, creation and moderation of product and process FMEAs
- Carrying out design, process and system FMEAs
- Ensuring method conformity in development projects
Supplier management:
- Managing suppliers in development projects
- Carrying out supplier evaluations
- Quality support in series production
