Scrum Master* autonomes Fahren und Sicherheit

Daran werden Sie wachsen:

Aktive Mitarbeit an agilen Projekten im Bereich ADAS und Highly Autonomous Driving
Enge Abstimmung mit Product Ownern bei der Umsetzung agiler Prozesse
Organisation, Gestaltung und Moderation von Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, Retrospektiven und Daily Scrums
Verantwortung für die Stärkung des Entwicklungsteams und deren Weiterentwicklung
Durchführung von agilen Workshops und Schulungen

Damit bringen Sie uns voran:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Physik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Praktische Erfahrungen als Product Owner, Scrum Master oder Agile Coach
Spaß an den agilen Methoden und dem entsprechenden Mindset
Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung in C sind von Vorteil sowie Verständnis für Software Entwicklungsprojekte und den begleitenden Prozessen
Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
