The After Sales division deals with matters which become relevant when a product is either to be launched onto, or is already on the market. Even during the development phase, thought must be given to the repairability, maintainability and efficiency of new products. EDAG After Sales ensures that exactly these technical requirements are taken into account during development and can therefore help to significantly reduce costs.

Despite this product influence, problems in the field cannot be ruled out, and service technicians are not always in a position to make a correct diagnosis. Technical support leads to efficient repairs, and at the same time is able to identify the main areas of error. This information is then fed back into development to improve product quality.
